Method
First pre boiled rice.take a big thick bottom pan add water and rice let it simmer in low flame add 1 tsp oil 1 tspn salt and all khade masale and cook it till 70% done drain out excess water.
Now take a big wok or handi add ghee to it now add jeera let it crackle now add ginger and garlic stir now add onion to it let cook for 5 min when it changes the colour add all chopped vegetable one by one and stir continuously now add all masale then add curd and stir continuously for 5 min cover it for 5 min now add a layer of rice sprinkle some pudina leaver fried onion saffron milk again repeat the procedure now lastly cover the lid for 15 min in slow flame or in dum now it's ready to serve garnish with coriander leaves fried onion and fried cashewnut
